Active IAT level 2, SEC+ or CISSP or CASP
Active CISCO certification: CCNA or higher
Knowledge of Cisco call manager and Cisco Unity VM
Experience Programing and trouble shooting VOIP phone issues […]
• Analyzes and develops VOIP networks, designing and planning installation and maintenance of VOIP systems from project inception to conclusion
• Manages Jabber and WebEx, and ensures proper integration and communication of those systems with the VOIP network
• Administer licensing and users on call Manager
• Help manage connections coming in from ISP for demarc/fiber/POTS/Fax lines
