About Our Client
Client is a Multi-unit residential builder/developer located in Albany, NY. They specialize in ground-up and remodel construction projects. All of the projects are in and around the capital region.
Job Description
• Candidate should have extensive experience with GMP Construction Projects
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
• Experience growing a portfolio of business with existing and new clients
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.
• Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems.

• Construction Management, Architecture, or Relevant Degree a plus but not required
