Based in the San Jose, California area, this position is a permanent role. To succeed in this position, you will need to exercise focus, good computer skills, and organizational qualities.

Your responsibilities
 •  Possess organizational skills and prioritization methods to successfully take on heavy workload
 •  Data base management of all relevant documents
 •  Research and analyze intricate legal documents
 •  Provide support to attorney through all phases of litigation
 •  Assist attorneys in managing evidence, answering interrogatories and preparing motions, complaints, briefs, and other legal documents; interviewing clients and witnesses for hearing, deposition and trial
 •  Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
 •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
 •  Command of motions
 •  Civil litigation experience desired
 •  Trial preparation experience
 •  Strong familiarity with briefs
 •  Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred
 •  Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
 •  Constant attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
