The Ideal Candidate:

You are a strategic and operationally excellent leader ready to take on a mission-critical role as the CEO's trusted advisor and force-multiplier. With outstanding project management abilities and emotional intelligence, you will harmonize cross-functional teams and ensure flawless execution of key initiatives.
A self-starter comfortable in ambiguity, you proactively identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the CEO's chief strategist and right-hand, fully immersed in strategic operations

Oversee and drive execution of the company's highest priority cross-functional initiatives

Develop and implement new business strategies in partnership with the executive team

Build strategic relationships across the organization to align priorities and resources

Proactively identify issues/opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives

Conduct research, data analysis, and modeling to inform strategic decision making

Manage the CEO's schedule and represent them in key meetings as needed

Lead sensitive and confidential projects requiring superb judgment

Identify and implement cutting-edge tools and technologies, including AI, to streamline processes and drive operational excellence

Ensure a data-driven approach to decision making by deploying best-in-class analytics tools

Champion digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experiences

Requirements

7+ years of experience, including leadership roles in high-growth environments

Exceptional Project/Program management and execution skills

Outstanding emotional intelligence and ability to influence and motivate teams

Extremely strong communication and presentation abilities

Keen strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus

Tech savviness with an enthusiasm for leveraging emerging technologies like AI

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare technology, management consulting, investment banking, etc.

Background in process improvement, change management, strategic planning

Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for driving impact
