HR Recruiter
We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in Birmingham, Michigan. This role is central to our operations in the property management industry. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing and recruiting candidates for open positions, connecting with applicants through various communication channels, and overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish.
This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage high-volume recruiting for multiple open positions
• Source candidates through various channels, including online applications
• Reach out to applicants through phone calls, text messaging, and email to initiate the recruitment process
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring it runs smoothly from start to finish
• Utilize skills in full cycle recruiting and recruiting activities to find the best candidates
• Employ recruiting techniques and internet recruiting as part of the sourcing strategy
• Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process
• Manage the recruiting process in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely communication with candidates
• Leverage experience with corporate recruiting to support and enhance the recruitment process
• Utilize Careerbuilder and other recruitment tools to source and track candidates. • Minimum of two years experience in HR Recruiting or similar role
• Proficiency in using Careerbuilder for sourcing potential candidates
• Familiarity with conducting Background Checks as part of the recruitment process
• Knowledge of Hiring Processes and ability to implement them effectively
• Experience in Corporate Recruiting, with an emphasis on sourcing and attracting top talent
• Skills in Internet Recruiting for sourcing and attracting candidates online
• Ability to plan and execute Recruiting Activities such as job fairs, networking events, etc.
• Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
• Knowledge of various Recruiting Techniques to attract diverse candidates
• Experience in Volume Recruiting, particularly in fast-paced or high-growth environments
