Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts as an D365 CRM Functional Solutions Architect including experience with the following:
Dynamics 365 CRM Apps; PowerApps, Power platform; Front and Back-office integrations experience; ISVs such as Experlogix; and, Microsoft Azure DevOps.
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts with one or more D365 application modules to address client needs, including:
Designing, building, testing and deploying the functional components; Building and maintaining client relationships; Communicating value propositions; Managing resource requirements, project workflow and budgets; Preparing complex written and verbal materials; Delivering clear requests for information; Prioritizing and completing tasks; and, Communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:
Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust, Seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation, Answering questions and providing direction to staff; and, Coaching staff, including providing timely and meaningful written and verbal feedback.
