Rate Range: $55-$65/Hr

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the process track of work for creating a new work management system.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-implementation evaluations.

Support the team in analyzing existing processes to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement comprehensive schedule in collaboration with stakeholders across various departments.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to encourage idea generation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Closely partner with Change Manager to drive adoption of new tools and processes.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines through program planning.

Work with the business to improve systems and processes through redesign.

Gain an understanding of the architecture of processes and systems that support the stream of the business.

Remove obstacles that arise and keep schedules on track.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on process improvement, ideally in a senior role.

Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-based decision-making.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Project management certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) is highly desirable.

Experience in change management and successfully driving organizational change initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

High level of adaptability and critical-thinking skills.

Customer-centric approach with evidence of strong customer service ethic.

Self-motivated, result oriented individual able to work with limited supervision.

Excellent communication, positive work style, and problem-solving skills.
