In this strategic leadership role, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of women's and children's healthcare services, ensuring exceptional patient care, operational efficiency, and continued growth of the department.

As the Director of Women and Children's Services, you will:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the entire department, encompassing obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics, neonatology, and related services.
Develop and implement a comprehensive vision to enhance the quality, safety, and efficiency of women's and children's healthcare services.
Oversee a team of nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Develop and manage departmental budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and resource optimization.
Recruit, hire, and retain top talent within the Women and Children's Services department.
Collaborate with physicians and other department leaders to ensure seamless care coordination.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) is preferred).
Minimum five (5) years of experience in nursing management in a hospital setting, with at least three (3) years of supervisory experience.
Proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing healthcare teams.
Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent business acumen, budgeting, and financial management skills.
In-depth knowledge of women's and children's healthcare services.
Passion for patient-centered care and quality improvement.
Current Arizona Registered Nurse License (RN license).
