We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry, located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The main function of the role will be to provide administrative assistance in the customer service department, focusing on data entry, order tracking, and information verification.

Responsibilities:
 •  Processing and entering data accurately and efficiently
 •  Tracking late purchase orders and confirming information
 •  Assisting in the customer service department during system implementation
 •  Processing customer credit applications with precision
 •  Maintaining accurate customer credit records
 •  Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
 •  Resolving customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally
 •  Utilizing skills in Administrative Assistance, Customer Service, and SAP to effectively perform duties. • Proven experience in a Customer Service Representative role within the manufacturing industry for at least 2 years
 •  Proficient in using SAP software for managing customer relations and processing orders
 •  Demonstrated skills in administrative assistance, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records
 •  Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to quickly address customer complaints and inquiries
 •  Ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision
 •  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and team members
 •  Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address customer issues and find suitable solutions
 •  High degree of professionalism, with the ability to represent the company positively in all customer interactions
 •  Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required
 •  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word for managing and documenting customer interactions.
