In this role, team members engage in nationwide outreach via phone calls and emails. Our client utilizes tools like ZoomInfo to source contact information and email software for sending out compelling messages that pique potential customers' interest.

The key to success in this role lies in the ability to deliver engaging and concise pitches. The objective is to capture the customer's attention and secure their interest in scheduling a live demo. Once a potential customer expresses interest, they will be connected with our expert sales team for a 30-minute to 1-hour software walkthrough, addressing their specific questions and needs.

Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:?Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique digital marketing needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Sales Strategy:?Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify potential clients, create outreach plans, and close deals, contributing to the company's growth and revenue targets.
Product Expertise:?Become an expert in our suite of digital marketing services, including Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and more. Clearly communicate the value propositions to clients.
Consultative Selling:?Understand clients' pain points, objectives, and challenges, offering consultative solutions that align with their business objectives and drive results.
Pipeline Management:?Manage a sales pipeline, track progress, and update CRM tools with accurate and up-to-date information on client interactions.
Collaboration:?Work closely with our internal teams, including marketing, creative, and technical experts, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
 •  Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales or account management.?

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and build rapport with clients.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.?
Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and proactive, capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client relationships.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
