About Our Client

My client is an industry leader within the Custom Manufacturing & Construction space with a specialization in commercial HVAC systems. Directly supporting the Director of FP&A, with visibility to the CFO, they're looking to bring on a Senior Financial Analyst due to an immense period of growth.
This position will serve as a true Senior Financial Analyst and help support the Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis process for the North American business function. Previous experience working in Oracle/Hyperion/Essbase is a requirement for this role.

My client has tripled their revenue in the last 5 years and is looking to add to their Accounting & Finance team to support the new business! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to gain exposure to owning Financial Forecasting/Budgeting processes and will offer immense room for internal growth across the business.

Job Description

Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

 •  Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads and senior management to develop accurate and comprehensive financial plans.
 •  Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
 •  Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business initiatives, assess risk, and drive strategic planning.
 •  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and actionable insights.
 •  Support the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
 •  Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by senior management.

The Successful Applicant
 •  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
 •  Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
 •  Proficiency in Oracle, Hyperion, or Essbase is required.
 •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
 •  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
 •  Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 •  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels of the organization.
