Overview:

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our nation-wide recruiting team in Atlanta, GA. This is an in office job NOT working remotely.

Responsibilities:

 •  This role will help lead the efforts of experienced professional hiring across the firm. The qualified candidate will play an important role in the growth of Kimley-Horn.
 •  This person will engage with the best external talent, and build candidate pipelines for active and passive candidates.
 •  Develop tools for our firm to market the company as a best place to work.
 •  Manage and coordinate the recruiting program including: applicant tracking system, employee referrals, recruitment projects, initiatives, improvements, updates, etc.
 •  Promote our Employee Referral Program internally.

Qualifications:

 •  Bachelor’s degree
 •  Minimum of 4 years of relevant (AEC or Professional Services) experience.
 •  Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as previous experience presenting to groups.
 •  Ability to travel, as needed.
 •  Professional presence and charisma, with the ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external staff.
