Shift & Workdays: 24*7, 5.5 Days / Week
Job Responsibilities:
• Setting up new dialer campaigns/configuring IVR/ Outbound list management on dialer
• Configure and troubleshoot GSM/SIP/PRI interface
• Taking Backup of Asterisk and SIP servers
• Managing and troubleshooting dialer/ IVR /hardware/network/PRI/SIP based issue for dialer.
• Monitoring Server health and backup procedure
• Understand and resolve end user issues related to dialer
• Coordinate with dialer vendor to resolve outages.
Job Requirement:
• Must have experience in BPO/Call center environment in a 24x7x365 client services environment.
• Should have good command over Asterisk CLI and its commands
-Must have had hands-on experience in working and managing Asterisk based dialer platform (Contaque preferred)
• Must have created and managed campaign/IVR/ Trunk (SIP/PRI)/ asterisk level configuration/GSM Gateway
-Should have had hands-on experience in validating common reports like disposition/inbound / outbound call
• Must have had hands on experience in managing Linux OS using CLI (rsync, samba, etc.)
