We are seeking FUN, energetic, early-childhood teachers and coaches to join our Soccer and/or Multi-Sports program! All training and equipment provided.
SOCCER STARS incorporates a fun, educational curriculum that teaches soccer fundamentals to all skill levels.
AMAZING ATHLETES is the premier, sports-based enrichment and P.E program in the country and teaches nutrition, muscle identification 10+ sport activities, including motor development skills.
Coaches will be provided with necessary Personal Protective Equipment and Training to safely run classes with COVID-19 restrictions put in place.

Schedule:
We offer classes Monday through Friday in schools, recreation centers, and fields during the morning and afternoons, along with Saturday and Sunday offerings. You’ll typically be scheduled at the same location and times each week for the duration of the season.
You provide us your seasonal availability and we will schedule you into classes accordingly.
Coaching Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist/Teach an energetic and motivating class, connect and challenge each child, and help them to accomplish motor development goals and inspire a love of movement and healthy habits in an organized, structured, and fun manner.
Provide individual and group attention to children.
Show up on time to class, physically and mentally prepared (includes commuting time).
Non-Coaching Duties and Responsibilities as needed:
Equipment: Assist with the distribution, and upkeep of equipment needed.
Hiring: Assist the hiring manager with sourcing and screening potential candidates
Marketing/Branding: Manage the ordering, printing, and distribution of flyers, posters, and signage
Observations: Recording classes for coach development video feedback
Requirements
Able and willing to travel to all Boston area class locations (ex: Charlestown, South End, South Boston, Back Bay)
Availability must include Saturday and Sunday morning (9-1pm) and a minimum of 3 weekday mornings (8:30 am – 12pm) and Afternoons (2 pm – 6 pm),
Prior experience working with children preferred.
Soccer playing background preferred.
Must be fun, energetic, patient, and attentive
