mailbox management
Proficient in Report management, message templates,
message bases, surveys
Knowledge of Customer Portal pages and functionality
Knowledge and experience of Oracle Policy Modelling
(OPA), advanced knowledge will be an added skill
Generic Managerial Skills Communicate effectively with different teams
