Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at a leading bio-tech firm. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide product information, technical support, and assistance with order processing
• Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs and concerns
• Assist with product returns, replacements, and refunds according to company policies
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
