Part Time Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an HR Administrative Assistant due to growth. The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for scheduling interviews, updating employee records, data entry, filing, receptionist coverage, and assisting with payroll processing on a weekly basis.
Must have 2+ years of previous administrative experiience, strong MS Office skills, and strong customer service skills.

 •  Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
 •  Ability to use the internet for research
 •  Experience with filing
 •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office
 •  Data entry experience
 •  Comprehensive knowledge of customer service
 •  Scanning experience
 •  Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets

HR degree or previous experience
 •  At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
