Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned General Manager with a robust background in the nutritional supplement industry. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in one or more CPG brands, with a proven track record of leadership and success across many—if not all—departments.
This position will report directly to the CEO, and will play a pivotal role in steering our company’s strategic direction, managing daily operations, and nurturing a dynamic team environment to drive business growth.

Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company’s objectives and catapult both brands into the spotlight.
Lead and oversee the operations of various departments including R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and more to ensure operational excellence.
Foster a collaborative, respectful, can-do, and big-thinking environment
Drive innovation in product development while ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and our brand promises.
Monitor financial performance, budget management, and cost control measures to achieve fiscal health and profitability.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners to expand market reach and fortify supplier networks.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and enhance product offerings.
