We are seeking a Office Administrator for our client in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The primary focus of this role is to manage various administrative tasks in the office, including mail handling, managing conference room schedules, and client interactions.
This role also requires exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to efficiently manage office supplies and breakroom needs.

Responsibilities:

 •  Retrieve and distribute mail within the office
 •  Arrange postal services for office needs and remote workers
 •  Serve as the point of contact for property management
 •  Direct phone calls to the appropriate employee
 •  Manage the conference room calendar in Outlook and prepare rooms for client meetings
 •  Greet clients and guide them to their meetings
 •  Bind quarterly and meeting reports
 •  Order and manage office supplies through EON and Amazon
 •  Maintain the breakroom and ensure it is well-stocked
 •  Manage birthday reports for clients and employees
 •  Perform project-based data entry tasks as needed
 •  Role requires execution of receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and managing the reception area
 •  Responsible for mail delivery within the office premises
 •  Must demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients or stakeholders
 •  Expected to conduct phone screens for initial rounds of interviews
 •  Should be proficient in operating the phone system and managing conference calls
 •  Tasked with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
 •  Accountable for managing conference rooms including scheduling and ensuring they are well-equipped for meetings
