Job Description
Develops and delivers training curriculum for instructor-led classes for product installation, business development and product knowledge. Responds to product related inquiries from homeowners, trade show participants and internal customers. Assists with HouseWorkx training program including participation at shows as required and assisting with the annual redevelopment of the design work.
Collaborates internally to foster company growth among Sales personnel in designated region.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops, schedules and delivers training curriculum for instructor-led classes for product installation, business development and product knowledge for internal and external audiences for assigned region
Responds to homeowner, trade, and internal customer inquiries. Ensure training materials are readily available
Assists with the HouseWorkx training programs, including working on the truck for larger shows and assisting with the annual development of the design work
Plan, schedule and conduct Ply Gem VSI Certified Installer classes
Collaborate with business associates to develop new products and installation instructions for new and existing products
Supports on-line training programs
Works with all brands, sales, and marketing to drive traffic, education, and selling opportunities for continued growth and customer conversions
Performs other duties as assigned
Develop relationships with contractors and installers
Represent warranty policy
Support Territory Sales Managers to build/grow sales
Comply with Company safety policy
