Job Description
 •  Nurture the entire grant program life cycle, from initial application to conclusive reporting, ensuring a seamless journey for both applicants and recipients.
 •  Articulate their mission and strategic objectives through meticulous grant application alignment, fostering impactful research.
 •  Evaluate grant proposals through a lens of scientific merit, innovation, and feasibility, bringing transformative ideas to life.
 •  Engage with dedicated grant recipients, providing expert guidance to ensure rigorous compliance with grant terms.
 •  Diligently track and manage budgets within grant-funded projects, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources.
 •  Stand as the guardian of compliance, ensuring all grant-related activities meet stringent regulatory and legal requirements.
 •  Champion meticulous record-keeping and documentation, painting a vivid picture of grant activities for all stakeholders.
 •  Forge meaningful collaborations within the organization, crafting detailed reports on the impact and outcomes of grant programs.
 •  Remain at the cutting edge of anti-aging research and compliance, poised to navigate changing landscapes.

The Successful Applicant
 •  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
 •  At least 2+ years of experience as a grants management specialist in biomedical grant research
 •  Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in grant administration.
 •  Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
 •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 •  Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
 •  Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
 •  Commitment to our mission and values.
