The purpose of this job is to perform mechanical/specialty work functions associated with the operation and maintenance of water reclamation systems, maintenance and repair of water treatment plant systems, electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining records, repairing, maintaining and operating pumps, wells and motors; performing preventive maintenance and manual work activities; performing carpentry, welding, plumbing and concrete finishing tasks; and performing additional tasks as assigned.
