Help Desk Analyst I
We are offering an opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in LAKE BLUFF, Illinois, United States. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing office desktops, laptops, peripherals, networks, servers, and proprietary systems. You will be part of a team that ensures smooth running of our IT systems, providing support and resolving issues for our business users.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair office desktops, laptops, peripherals, networks, servers, and proprietary systems
• Use Microsoft products for problem-solving and maintaining IT infrastructure
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines and business needs
• Work both independently and within a team to resolve complex IT issues
• Provide excellent customer service to our business users, addressing their IT inquiries and issues
• Handle on-site visits to and from client sites as needed
• Maintain and manage databases and EO/IR systems
• Provide telephone support and manage network printers
• Handle computer hardware and configuration management
• Offer deskside support and manage desktop and laptop hardware and images
• Utilize Citrix Technologies and Lotus Notes in daily operations. • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies
• Experience working with Databases
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems
• Knowledge of Lotus Notes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Experience with Active Directory
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Computer Hardware issues
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Proficiency in providing Deskside Support
• Knowledge of Desktop Hardware
• Experience in creating and managing Laptop Images
• Familiarity with Laptop Hardware
• Ability to provide Telephone support
• Experience working with Network Printers
