Essential Functions and Primary Responsibilities:
You will have the option of working full or part-time, although we do require you to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
Participate in weekly training calls, most via Zoom
Implement Marketing programs and strategies to generate leads. We use the most current Social Media outlets and provide complete online and live training
Manage your leads using our organizations CRM tools and guide your leads through a structured interview process
Work autonomously, entirely remote using your laptop and phone
Fully adhere to company Compliance and Excellence guidelines
Minimum Occupational Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of professional/business experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently by being self-motivated and disciplined
Strong English communication skills, both written and oral
Display general computer competency, with some experience in social media applications, or a willingness to learn
Goal oriented and focused mindset
Coachable and open to receiving training and support to grow and succeed in this role
Have a positive, I-Can I-Will attitude to get up to speed, achieve and overachieve
