As we continue to grow and expand our product offerings, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Product Training to join our team in Dallas.

Role Overview:

As the Senior Director of Product Training, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers and internal teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to maximize the value of our products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that effectively educate users on the features, functionality, and best practices associated with our cash management systems and robbery deterrent products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of our products, including their technical specifications, capabilities, and applications across different industries.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to gather insights and requirements for training materials.

Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and materials tailored to various audiences, including customers, partners, and internal employees.

Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of training programs and continuously refine content and delivery methods based on feedback and performance data.

Build and lead a team of product trainers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure their success and professional development.

Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop product messaging and positioning strategies that resonate with target audiences.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product training strategies and content.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, showcasing our products and expertise in cash management solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred, or comparable work experience.

8+ years of experience in product training, instructional design, or related roles, with a focus on technology products or solutions.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs that drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and exceed expectations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience working in the retail or cash management industry is a plus.

Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, training sessions, and industry events.
