Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Leading daily operations, such as preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, and assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable will be essential for this role.

Major responsibilities
• Oversee the accounting department and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Provide financial analysis and support to other departments.
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate with external auditors and comply with reporting requirements.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including the AOAO board, executive management, and external entities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 5+ years of accounting management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting and related operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
