Minimum Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications:
10+ years in technical operations and IT management, with substantial experience in a cloud-first environment.
Proven track record in leading large-scale technical projects and managing high-performing teams.
Professional certifications in cloud computing (e.g., GCP Architect), Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), and ITIL or similar frameworks.
Relevant degrees are a plus, but practical experience is paramount.
Technical Skills:
Must have expertise in ArgoCD
Must have expertise in cloud computing platforms, especially GCP.
Advanced knowledge in Kubernetes, including cluster management and security policies.
Proficiency in automation and configuration management tools, preferably Crossplane and GitHub.
Expertise with Helm
Familiarity with microservices architecture in a cloud-native environment.
Solid understanding of network architecture and security protocols in healthcare.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills, adept at navigating complex political environments.
Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
