Job Summary
Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Works alongside team members to set up, plan and execute catering events across the property.
• Sets and maintains par levels in all areas.
• Communicates and plans with other departments to ensure event day runs smoothly.
• Holds ServSafe food and alcohol certifications or state equivalent certification.
• Trains attendants and runners where product is held, how to set and execute events while following processes and procedures in place.
• Maintains a courteous, friendly demeanor with all team members and guests at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
