We are currently seeking a full-time HVAC Mechanic for a federal facility in Rutland, VT for a nationwide facilities services company.
HVAC Mechanic must have a minimum of (5) years' experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. HVAC Mechanic must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other various HVAC equipment and building systems.
Candidates must also have general maintenance knowledge on how to operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Requirements:
EPA Universal and/or CFC certification required.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
