A Day in the Life as a Service Writer with Us: Empathy is key for this role. You will be developing relationships with customers through successful management of product or service delivery. Your communication skills need to be clear, concise, and consistent as you will be a liaison between the customer and their dream RV!
You will also need to collaborate with the parts department and technicians to obtain service and repairs needs/timeline to convey to the customer and ensure that the warranty department has all of the information needed to submit proper information to the manufacturers.
Ultimately, you are quality control and the best point of contact a customer can have! Great American RV provides you with all the equipment you may need. We also provide you with paid time off, a 401K, health insurance, dental and vision.

Qualifications to be a Service Writer:

 •  High School Diploma or GED.
 •  1-2 years’ service writing in the automotive or RV industry preferred, but not required.
 •  Able to navigate a computer, internet and email.
 •  Excellent personal and interpersonal communication skills required.
 •  Must present a professional demeanor, punctuality and able to work weekends and holidays, if needed.
 •  Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Information: Starting at $41,600 Annually plus commission
