About Our Client
Professional Services organization in Massapequa, Long Island is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team and provide high-level administrative support to their 2 executives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
• Organize and schedule meetings
• Screen, direct and prioritize incoming calls
• Prepare correspondence, and revisions and edits to documents
• Copying, scanning, filing and mailing/shipping
• Provide follow up on open items and deadlines
• Organize, file and maintain documents and folders
• Provide back-up for Executive Assistant and Administration team
• Coordinate distribution of sports tickets and other administrative tasks
• Other tasks as requested

The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years executive or legal assistant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn new or updated software
• Superior interpersonal skills
• NYS Notary license preferred
