Construction Materials Testing Associate Principal

What You'll Do:

 •  Providing technical expertise and supporting Materials Testing staff within a branch
 •  Overseeing projects
 •  Performing technical report reviews
 •  Preparing and reviewing proposals
 •  Assisting with management of the department and P&L
 •  Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions
 •  Leading and coaching junior Materials Testing staff members

What We're Looking For:

 •  Candidates must have achieved previous designation as Principal at ECS or hold similar designation from competitor firm
 •  BS or MS in Civil Engineering preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of education
 •  8+ years of relevant professional experience with degreed; 12+ years if non-degreed
 •  Licensed as a PE or actively hold at least one master-level certification (CWI, CBO, MSI, MCP, etc.) AND at least three advanced certifications
