We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Manager to join our team, you will play a vital role in driving our procurement strategies and ensuring efficient sourcing of materials and services for our projects.
What will you be doing?
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans and procurement strategies to support our project requirements.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
Optimize procurement processes and develop efficient supply chain management practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, preferably in the energy, environmental, or related industries
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulations
Proficiency in procurement software and systems
Willingness to travel as required.
