We are seeking a seasoned Senior Unreal Engine Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of complex projects related to games developed on the Unreal Engine platform.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team through the game development cycle, from concept to launch
Develop, maintain, and execute project plans and schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met
Act as the primary liaison between various stakeholders, including game developers, designers, artists, and clients to ensure clear communication
Identify, track, and resolve project-related issues to mitigate potential disruptions to the delivery timeline
Allocate resources effectively and ensure the project stays within the allocated budget
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the game meets or exceeds the expected standards
Continuously improve project management methodologies and practices
Provide mentorship and support to other team members, fostering a positive working environment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
5+ Years experience in project management within the gaming industry, with a focus on Unreal Engine
Proficient in using project management tools, software, and methodologies
Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine and C++ programming
Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
