Lead Superintendent - Top 5 GC in the Country - Responsibilities
• Supervision of the day-to-day work in the field - with an expectation to turn out high-quality work as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible
• Full-scope Oversight of the physical construction of the project - including Safety, QA/QC, Subcontractor Management, Document Control, Schedule, Relationship Management, and Project Management throughout the full project cycle

• Construction Supervisor's License (MA, unrestricted)
• Strong communication skills - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate w/ subcontractors and other project team members
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced construction environment
