Partner with technical leads and peers to design and deliver next generation voice biometrics authentication capabilities
Design/Implement integration with other cloud authentication platforms
Deliver new voice biometrics authentication capabilities for multiple line of businesses and integrate with other second factor authentication and orchestration platforms
Qualifications
Experience in Voice Biometrics Authentication technologies
Familiar with Call Center technology, Architecture and Integration with multiple channels
Extensive experience with Client(Session Border Controller), SIPREC, networking & voice.
Cloud experience in AWS or Azure.
Experience in implementing Genesys and Contact Centre solutions.
Experience building applications on AWS platforms and integrating third party products on AWS.
Experience in Bamboo/Github/Jenkinspipeline & PCF/ECS/EKS architecture
Creation of telemetry for applications using Splunk, App Dynamics/Honeycomb (open telemetry)
