Title: Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities:
Maintain, update, and communicate relevant information from suppliers, procurement, and logistic service providers regarding master data, delivery schedules, stock-and-order status, and contract information.
Analyze operational logistic status, inform involved stakeholders adequately, and derive and implement alternative measures to adapt to changing situations.
Complete and communicate deficiency and status reports regarding material and product availability for Project Logistics Management (PLM).
Document and process complaints or transport damages in cooperation with other accountable stakeholders (PLM, Purchase, Insurance, Controlling, Quality, Engineering), and propose and implement remedial measures with transport service providers.
Coordinate the return of logistic infrastructure and on-site equipment used in support of Project Logistics Management and steer respective logistics operations with service providers.
Support PLM in the development, calculation, and implementation of logistic contingency measures.
Support PLM in concluding project evaluation and advancing the project-specific process of customer supply.
May support PLM in tender preparation as well as supplier evaluation.
Qualifications:
Professional Starter position requiring entry-level academic Bachelor qualifications with sound knowledge of principles, technologies, and theories; certifications in specific fields might be required.
Alternatively, vocationally trained and experienced (semi-) professional positions with extensive knowledge of a range of specific processes and systems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification with basic knowledge in a technical field.
Work involves routine tasks in a related field, gaining experience through focused in-house training.
