Position Overview:

Position Summary: Clinical Supervisor is recovery oriented to lead multiple teams of “can-do” people who continually challenge the status quo, merging cutting-edge innovation with groundbreaking research to effect positive change in the lives of so many.
This position is responsible for assisting with the oversight of a number of grant funded outreach/in reach teams that connect persons served back to all appropriate S:US programs. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for clinical program development, supervision, training and evaluation of professional

staff.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

 •  Assist in oversight of the day-to-day operations of grant funded teams.
 •  Liaison with program leadership to ensure warm handoffs an the facilitation of integrated care across programs.
 •  Supervise and evaluate staff and interns.
 •  Review and maintain deliverables across teams.
 •  Provide agency wide marketing
 •  Promote staff development to ensure clinic staff possess core competencies to effectively support/treat persons served.
 •  Participation in committees responsible for quality assurance, incident management and utilization review.
 •  Oversee EHR and procedure training of new staff.
 •  Responsible for Incident Report submission.
 •  Provide direct care services as needed.
 •  Assist in managing persons served crises and onsite and offsite emergencies.

Qualifications:

JOB REQUIEREMENTS:

 •  LMSW or LMHC required, LCSW preferred
 •  Possession of Supervision in Field Instruction preferred.
 •  3-5 years' experience in substance use or mental health team management and supervision.
 •  Experience with SMI, dually diagnosed, HIV/AIDS populations required.
 •  Strong knowledge of SAMSHA, OASAS, OMH regulations and programs preferred, best practices in clinical operations is required.
 •  Background in integrated treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders.
 •  Demonstrated expertise in direct evidence-based clinical practice, hiring and supervision of clinical staff, clinic management.
 •  Strong operational knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, private insurers and Managed Care inclusive of laws, regulations, and the contracting process.
 •  Operational knowledge of budgeting and billing processes.
 •  Demonstrated experience with diverse populations highly preferred; Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.
 •  Excellent management/administrative skills; ability to multi-task; close attention to detail; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
