Who are we looking for?
Strong Java (Spring Boot) Dev or QA Lead who can provide excellent technology solutions to customer, coordinate between offshore team and client and drive the project team to success.
Technical Skills
Must have:
" Java 8/11 We are using 11.
" Spring, Spring Boot
" Junit + Mockito
" Microservices + any cloud platform
" Git
" Good communication (with client interaction experience preferred)
" Any messaging system concepts
Preferred (though below are the ones which are actually being used in project):
" Experience as QA lead or in coordinating QA activities along with Dev
" RabbitMQ/WMQ
" Spring Config
" Spring integration + Spring cloud data stream
" Spring Batch
" CICD exposure (Bamboo/Jenkins)
" PCF
Process Skills:
Very good exposure to Agile development methodology.
Exposure in onshore coordination.
Behavioral Skills :
Strong technical leadership skills to mentor and manage offshore team from onshore.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to pick up and adapt to new concepts and technologies.
Strong communication skills.
Exposure in interacting with clients and managing their expectations.
Experience in gauging the pulse of the client and team, and proactiveness in discussing issues and suggesting remediation.
Certification:
Not mandatory.
