We are looking for a Sr. Treasury Management Officer responsible for generating deposit growth and fee income by developing new business and expanding current relationships.
Your specific duties will include:
Working with sales teams by participating in client/prospect calls and/or engaging directly with clients/prospects to present TM products and services as well as pricing terms. Identify client needs and recommend treasury services to meet those needs.
Supporting client-facing teams to troubleshoot and answer TM-related inquiries.
Analyzing complex treasury operations; developing, proposing, and professionally presenting comprehensive cash management solutions in response to that analysis.
Educating client-facing teams in the knowledge and use of treasury services.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in Treasury Management Sales and/or Operations including online banking, bill payment system, remote deposit capture, ACH Origination, positive pay, completing proformas, account analysis functionality, and bank core processing.
Superior problem-solving, research, and decision-making skills.
Thorough understanding of BSA/AML policies.
Strong knowledge of pricing, lending solutions, and cash management services
Pay Rate Range: $79,000 - 130,000 per year
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
