Job Description
The Development Manager - Renewable Utility Scale will be responsible for
• Evaluate potential greenfield and brownfield sites and review project portfolios alongside the broader team
• Due diligence on all site acquisitions
• Lead the development efforts across the US
• Work alongside development analyst, engineers, and M&A team
• Contribute to refining the overall business case for projects and assist in formulating operational documents
• Aid in due diligence processes for off takers and investors, preparing documentation and presentations
• Drive innovation in the energy sector in line with the company's Business Plan

The Successful Applicant
The Development Manager - Renewable Utility Scale will have
• Degree in a relevant field
• An understanding of renewable energy developments from inception to COD
• Heavy experience in brownfield/greenfield efforts
• Experience in negotiating lease terms with landowners
• Proactive stakeholder engagement expertise across community, landowners, government, and consultants.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team collaboration, and a proactive attitude.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to ambiguity
• Effective communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What's on Offer
The Development Manager - Renewable Utility Scale will be eligible for
$140,000 - $160,000 base salary
