Qualification: B.Pharma / MBA
Experience: 4 to 6 years -(only PMT experience in pharma company)
Location: India (Delhi)
Responsibility:
Launch of New products / brands in three different therapeutic segments
Develop marketing strategy for launching brands with complete details of marketing mix (Brand Plan)
Effective communication strategy for greater brand visibility having clear product positioning
Develop scientifically relevant, customer orientated collateral and campaign for respective brands
Timely delivery of promotional inputs to bran ambassadors with well-defined promotional calendar
Plan and organize CME programs and Camps in association with medical team
Should be able to develop a good relationship with all stakeholders for effective operation management (Regulatory, medical, purchase, production, design and finance)
14 to 18 days of mandatory field work to gather market insights, mentor sales team in effective in-clinic communication.
