Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 •  Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate properties including office buildings, retail centers, industrial complexes, and/or multifamily residential properties.
 •  Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis including cash flow projections, budgeting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments to optimize property performance.
 •  Leasing and Tenant Relations: Oversee leasing activities, negotiate lease agreements, and maintain positive tenant relationships to ensure high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
 •  Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to property investments, such as market fluctuations, tenant defaults, and regulatory compliance issues.
 •  Market Research: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to make informed decisions regarding property acquisitions, dispositions, and asset repositioning strategies.
 •  Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for asset enhancement, value creation, and long-term portfolio growth aligned with the objectives of property owners or investors.
 •  Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing commercial real estate operations, leasing, environmental standards, and property taxation.
 •  Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.

The Successful Applicant
 •  BA Degree or equivalent experience in a related field of study.
 •  Minimum of 6+ years experience in commercial real estate to include office or industrial
 •  Proven experience in commercial real estate asset management, property management, or related roles.
 •  Strong financial analysis skills with proficiency in real estate valuation methods, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
 •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 •  Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
 •  Proficiency in real estate software and financial management tools (e.g., Yardi, ARGUS, MS Excel).
 •  In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate markets, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

What's on Offer

The base salary will depend on overall experience but will range from $130,000 - $150,000. This role will also include an additional compensation bonus. Excellent benefits. Great team culture.
