HR Generalist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about HR best practices, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

 •  Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
 •  Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
 •  Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries
 •  Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
 •  Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts
 •  Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
 •  Assist with HR compliance efforts, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations
 •  Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

 •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
 •  Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
 •  Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws
 •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
 •  Excellent organizational and time management abilities
 •  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
 •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
 •  HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus, but not required
