Job Description:

In the role of a Help Desk Support Agent, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, aiding them in resolving technical issues, handling inquiries, and delivering effective solutions. Your main duties involve addressing user concerns, troubleshooting both software and hardware issues, and ensuring that our clients receive prompt and efficient assistance.
Your contribution will be crucial in upholding customer satisfaction, resolving technology-related challenges, and guiding clients to optimize their experience with our products and services.

Role Responsibilities
 •  Provide technical assistance for internal operating systems, productivity software, and various applications.
 •  Respond to technical support requests through phone, email, and walk-in inquiries.
 •  Identify and address recurring technical issues by implementing solutions at the source.
 •  Investigate and resolve technical problems independently.
 •  Manage user accounts and resolve issues in a client-server environment.
 •  Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 •  Possess a basic understanding of networking concepts.
 •  Have practical expertise in installing and configuring operating systems, both networked and local printers, and business applications.
 •  Previous experience with IT support ticketing systems is a plus.
 •  Tier 1 Support background is preferred.
 •  Exhibit exceptional customer support skills.
 •  Familiarity with ServiceNow is an advantage.
 •  Experience with WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) is beneficial.
 •  Technical support experience is a requirement.
 •  Proficiency in network troubleshooting is essential.

Your responsibilities in this role Assist and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment Understanding of basic networking concepts IT support ticketing system experience desired Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications Customer Support experience WLAN experience preferred Ticketing System experience Servicenow Application experience desired Command of Basic Network Troubleshooting Adeptness in Technical Assistance Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity.
