If you are a licensed and self-motivated mental health therapist passionate about providing high-quality mental health care and solutions, we would like to invite you to the largest therapist network in the nation. You will work as a Remote Mental Health Therapist to provide counseling services via video chat through our user-friendly therapist portal.
Because of the rising demand for mental health counseling, you will get clients immediately and start having a full caseload within days!
Schedule:
• Work from anywhere (100% remote)

Primary Duties:
In this role, you will identify the behavioral and mental health needs of stable, low-acuity adults, and develops therapy goals and objectives for implementation through an individual therapy plan.
• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling via video chat
• Use solution-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual treatments
• Develop effective and individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of your clients
• Help clients develop insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships
• Monitor progress throughout the treatment plan and help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Must hold active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LICSW or PsyD.
• Experience providing telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults.
• Willingness to participate in training in our evidenced based frameworks for treatment, which we call our care pathways.
• Advanced proficiency using a computer and navigating technology (Google suite, EHRs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Neat and professional presentation at all times.
• Warm, empathic, engagement skills with patients.
• 2-3 years’ experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Be comfortable to work from home with reliable internet connection and must have privacy to maintain patient confidentiality.
