Job Description:

As a Principal Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing our clients immunology research programs. You will be responsible for designing and conducting experiments to elucidate immunological mechanisms, as well as developing and validating potential therapeutic candidates.
Your expertise will be essential in guiding and mentoring our team members, contributing to strategic decision-making processes, and presenting research findings to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

 •  Plan, design, and execute innovative immunological studies to advance our therapeutic pipeline.
 •  Lead and mentor a team of talented scientists, providing scientific guidance and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
 •  Utilize your expertise in immunology to identify potential therapeutic targets and contribute to drug development strategies.
 •  Analyze and interpret complex data sets, generate comprehensive reports, and present findings to senior management and external collaborators.
 •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate immunological insights into the development of therapeutic candidates.
 •  Stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements in immunology and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization.
