Title: Staff Compliance Analyst
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Washington, DC 20005
Hybrid Onsite: 3/4 days per week onsite from Day1

Purpose:

The overall objective of the Audit and Assurance Division is to assist all levels of management and the Audit Committee by providing independent analysis, appraisals, advice, and recommendations concerning the activities reviewed. The purpose of the Staff Compliance Analyst role is to perform program integrity assessments related to the usage requirements of the Lifeline and Affordable Connectivity Programs.

Essential Duties:

 •  Performing assessments to determine compliance with applicable FCC rules and requirements.
 •  Preparing clear and concise work papers and other communications to document the procedures performed and exceptions identified.
 •  Communicating status and results, in oral or written format, to program participants and management.
 •  Performing project management duties over individual workload.
 •  Assisting in other special projects as needed.

Type of experience:

 •  Three (3) to Four (4) years of directly related experience.

Education :

Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant technical training and certifications.

Length of Experience:

The minimum amount of total work-related experience required is three (3) years, for the position. This means experience in a related area or time spent performing similar work that provides the background for the current position.
