The Opportunity: The American Girl Washington, DC retail store and bistro (McLean, VA) is looking for a dynamic individual to provide outstanding customer service to guests by delivering high quality food and beverage service as a Dessert Counter Associate in our Bistro.
If you thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while remaining positive and upbeat, have exceptional communication skills, and can handle customer issues and requests graciously and on a timely basis, we want to hear from you.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Prep and prepare food items to recipe specifications; knowledge of dessert and beverage items.
Maintain dessert bar area to health code standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
Follow food and workplace safety guidelines and understand local and state health sanitation laws.
Support co-workers by offering assistance as needed.
Ensure all POS and Infogenesis transactions are completed according to company policy.
