Job Description

The Project Manager Will Be Responsible For:

 •  Oversee and manage all aspects of high end residential and custom home projects.
 •  Coordinate and collaborate with the VP and project team to ensure project objectives are met.
 •  Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities.
 •  Monitor progress and performance, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
 •  Review and approve project plans, specifications, and budgets.
 •  Identify potential risks and challenges and implement effective mitigation strategies.
 •  Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
 •  Ensure compliance with construction regulations, codes, and safety standards.
 •  Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality.
 •  Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team and resolve any construction-related issues.
 •  Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote teamwork and project success.

The Successful Applicant

The Right Project Manager Will Have:

 •  5+ years leading high profile projects in Residential Construction
 •  Must have brownstone/custom home renovation experience in Boston
 •  Must be proficient in Procore
 •  Strong leadership and teamwork skills
 •  Excellent problem-solving abilities
 •  Effective communication and interpersonal skills
 •  Adaptable and innovative mindset
 •  Knowledge of construction regulations and safety measures
 •  Passion for real estate and community development
 •  Results-oriented and capable of delivering successful outcomes within project constraints.
